Any item purchased from STATEMENTSUITS that fails to live up to your satisfaction may be returned within 15 days after you receive the item for exchange or full refund, providing that the garment has not been tailored and/or worn, with the original tags attached to the item(s). Please let us know and we will email you a return label. Send the suit back for refund or exchange. 

We will not be able to provide return label for following :

* Purchase from the blow out sale category.

*  Purchase from Weekend Special.

* Purchase for items on sale with coupon code.

* International orders

If we are sending you an exchange, we pay for the shipping to send you the exchange.

For refund, we don't have restocking fee.

If you choose expedited shipping for your order, and for whatever reason you want to send the suit back for refund, the amount for the refund will not be included the shipping fee you paid upon order.       

However we can give you store credit for the same amount as the shipping fee for future orders.

Note:  If you bought an item from BLOW OUT SALE category, and you want to send it back for refund or exchange, you are not eligible to do that if that item is sold out or removed from the website. Your purchase will be considered  " final sale"  for that item.
