If you don't know your size, and you need to get measured, just follow the 3 easy steps below:
1. Measure around the fullest part of chest.
Do not puff up the chest. 
2. Measure around the fullest part of your waist.
Do not hold your stomach
3. Meaure your height . We are sure you know how tall you are
